In relation to the voice actor, I checked out the series on IMDB. I think it'd be fine to add from the sound of it. It is a possibility, though, so good on you to post it. I'm not too familiar with Sailor Moon, so I can't exactly help with this much. Yeah, it seems like Noct's trivia is just a mess. This tactic was used by Nahelenia and Badiyanu. Nocturne gains power from dreams just like many of the Sailor Moon villians. I have no way of proving if this is relatable, but many of the title's mentioned in the trivia section seem to be grasping at straws just as hard. Sounding similar doesn't mean they're the same actor. He sounds almost identical to Fire Lord Ozai, who is voiced by Mark post There is no way James Garrett is the voice for Nocturn.
